Ms. Brey SLOAN (U.S.A.) was Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Army, Pentagon. Her research topic was "Constraints of Convenience: Changes in U.S.-Japan Bilateral Security Relations."
Ms. Ma PHAM Thi Thanh Binh (VIETNAM) was Researcher, Department of Developing Economies, Institute of World Economy. Her research topic was "Japanese Role in Vietnam's Economic Development in the Era of Renovation."
Ms. Ma Thu YIN (MYANMAR) was Assistant Lecturer, Department of International Relations, University of Yangon. Her research topic was "The Role of Japanese Non-Governmental Organizations in Myanmar (1995-2002)."
