Ms. Nguyen Thai Yen Huong (VIETNAM) was with the North American - European Division, Institute for International Relations. Her research topic was "The United States, Japan and Southeast Asia after Cold War."
Dr. Azizov S. Shodmonkulovich (UZBEKISTAN) was with the Uzbekistan Institute of Strategic and Regional Investigations . His research topic was "The Japanese Factor in the Development of Central Asia: Prospects in Uzbekistan - Japanese Relations."
