Professional Experience

Prior to joining JIIA in November 2024, Takahide served at Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA) after spending several years in the public sector.

He holds a MSc in Strategic Studies from the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a BA in Policy Management from Keio University.
