On July 24, the Japan Institute of International Affairs (JIIA), in cooperation with the Research Institute for Indo-Pacific Affairs (RIIPA), held a roundtable seminar with Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Leo Kosinski, former Deputy Commander of U.S. Forces Japan and Advisor to RIIPA.
From JIIA, President Tomoyuki Yoshida and Chief Research Fellow Tetsuo Kotani participated. The seminar was moderated by Professor Toshihiro Minohara, Chairman of RIIPA. Gen. (Ret.)
