The Japan Institute of International Affairs conducted trilateral online discussion with the Japan Foundation, Vivekananda International Foundation (VIF) ), the Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA) and Korea Institute of International Economic Policy (KIEP) on June 16, 2023.

Under the theme of promoting peace, prosperity and stability in the Indo-Pacific region, participants from Japan, India and South Korea, offered presentations on security, economic, and cultural issues pertaining to these countries and engaged in a vigorous exchange of views.
