The Japan Institute of International Affairs (JIIA) held a public webinar, "A Broad Perspective on the Ukraine Crisis: Putin's Russia and Contemporary Crises," on March 17, 2022. Dr. Nobuo Shimotomai, Distinguished Professor at Kanagawa University, moderated the webinar, in which six panelists discussed the background of Russia's aggression against Ukraine, the future prospects for Putin's regime, and the international order after the war's end from their respective specialist perspectives. A lively Q&A session was also held, with many questions from the audience. (This webinar was held in Japanese.)
