The Japan Institute of International Affairs (JIIA) held the 12th roundtable discussion with The Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS) in Iran, on January 19, 2022 (online meeting).

Experts and intellectuals from both sides participated and discussed recent security and economic dynamics in the Indo-Pacific region, and Iran's new government and its foreign and security policy.
